"Good training program for new employees which was the key to my success there. They stuck to every single commission and bonus structure and territories that they had promised till almost the end of my career there."

"Get your commission and bonus structures in writing and signed."

What don't you like about working at Contec Microelectronics?

"With the new President taking over the company towards the end of my career there, they started changing commissions, bonus structures and terrritories that were promised just because the president did not like the idea that by over achieving my sales targets I was taking home more than him."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be honest. Employees should be rewarded for over-achieving and not punished."
