"Innovative and creative environment with huge potential for growth. Unfortunately critical areas of company are failing due to inexperienced staff and leadership. Great ideas but organization has EXTREMELY poor communication internally and externally and despite skilled and talented employee input and effort the company has no commitment to process or oversight resulting in frequent customer cancellations and complaints. Company culture alienates many through its "trial by fire" and "reactive" very disorganized and dysfunctional workplace environment. Worst customer service and support operations I have ever seen, and extremely unprofessional executive-employee relationships negatively impact productivity and morale. The only way this company will truly excel will be to bring in skilled leadership."
