The relationship between Software Engineering, QA, and DevOps is the best I've seen at any company I've worked for. You can tell that everyone has a passion for what they do and the product they work on. ConsumerTrack's problems stem from recent high turnover (half of the company has left within the last year). The company is financially stable, but the working relationship with the owner's of the company takes its toll on anyone who works directly with them."
