"I have worked for CS for a little over 4 years. A mid sized company with several manufacturing and Sales/distribution centers scattered throughout the US and several countries around the world. A leading company in specialty building products. CS is a great place to learn the many facets of a product lifecycle from inception through product improvement."

"The money was not there to be made. It is family run and it seems as though you will be displaced if if one of there friends or family need a job. Being in HR I was privy to that. What ever job you take is where you will be for the remainder of your career. There is no room for growth. The only movement is to another location in the same position."

"Give realistic reviews... give reviews period. Instead of reviews they write on a piece of paper what your raise is... there is no realistic feedback. Need to motivate your employees.. not only give constructive criticism but also positive feedback. Really lacks in that department"
