"Do not give out raises every year. Small bonuses, small company."

"I had no complaints working with Kaufmanlynn however the recent ecomomy did have it's affects. Pay cuts and so on but as a team player we suppoted these actions to improve our market value in the future."

"If I had any suggestions it would be to always stay in touch with field staff. They are in fact the immediate contacts with both clietnts and Architects."
