What do you like about working at Caribe Resort?
"surroundings and conditions were great, the job was not demanding"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This company expects employees to use their resources and then wait for months to be paid back. They do not like it when one has to take some time for personal business when employees work from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. They have a no overtime law and if you have to work over 40 hrs, they will not pay you but you have to take the time off at the end of the week."
What don't you like about working at Caribe Resort?
"no support from the management or owners when it comes to the employees, they withdrew from them and appeared not to be interested in them"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more supportive of the employees and address the concerns they have about their place in the business. Pay their employees more than just $9-10.00 per hour for their hard work. The owners want 120% but are not willing to assist employees with more money."

"I originally liked the people and the way they treated them and the clients. Changed"

"Review work available before starting since most would prefer to stay with one firm"

"Communication became extremely lacking which means lack of leadership in top management"

"Take care of your people - make sure you keep them inform of where the company is going"

"They were extremely poorly organized and that is why they were eventually shut down."

"They are no longer in business, but the model was in trouble from the beginning."

"Gilchrist had always taken care of its employees and any one they had contacted with."
