"Once the company knew what I was capable of, I was trusted with a lot of responsibility. I liked that."

"Maintaing a serious attitude is key. Construction is not for the lazy."

What don't you like about working at IRWIN Industries?

"Management was very distant from my level of work. I never got meet higher level management outside of the interviewing process. I never really knew who I was working for."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest management to run a tighter ship. Make an effort to get to know your employees."

"If you know the family you will get hired, if not you probably wont."

"I don't like working in construction because of the inconsistancies in work and pay."

"I have no suggestions for the management in the way the company is ran. They could use a website and a bit of a web presence though."
