"Poor contractual agreements with trades and low moral for subcontractors on the field."

"Great company to work for. Request training, because management is usually too preoccupied to manage your personal growth, however, they will assist you when you reach out to them."

"Lack of funding for the departments."

"Recommend daily or weekly huddles, in order to stay more in tuned with the staff's challenges."

What do you like about working at Air America Radio?

"Since I was the broadcast consultant during the construction and commissioning of the original facility I was able to work mostly from home. The pay was great."

What don't you like about working at Air America Radio?

"The original owners (all gone now) were not working as a team, and there were massive layoffs within one week of my contract being completed. Not a secure place to work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire me as their broadcast consulting engineer."
