What don't you like about working at Consolidated Graphics?

"There is no upper level support to us architects. We are constantly being yelled at and blamed for things that have nothing to do with our systems.There is no process nor is there any shift to create processes.The benefits here are terrible.The cost of insurance is very expensive for very little."
