"Upper management demonstrated a pattern of counter productive work behaviors which was debilitating to individual employees, managers and the office as a whole. There was an inability on behalf of the managing attorneys to see other perspectives, and management also allowed continual criticizing of employees on all levels, manipulation and rudeness. Unfortunately one can only assume this toxic behavior has led to the tremendous turnover of employees through the years. The turnovers have led to deficient file handling, and dissatisfied clients. There are also several office "bullies" whose behavior is actually encouraged and rewarded. Upper management will not deal with the issue fairly and effectively to stop the hostile and dysfunctional behavior.
