"I’ve worked for ConnectOne Bank for 7 years. I would say they have a relaxed environment that caters to making employees feeling comfortable. Plenty of chips, coffee, and bagels. The opportunity to grow and climb the proverbial corporate ladder is there for those individuals who are ambitious and embody the core values. The biggest gripe I have with the company is the compensation and pay structure. Its lacking and can be revamped. I love my colleagues, the corporate events and the fact we’re active in the community."
