"I joined Connected Research in 2016, based on positive past work experiences I had with the Principal director. As a start up, I expected the usual initial growing pains, but had confidence with the team due to our overall combined experience in market research, and what all members had to bring to the table. After initial growth, I began to notice that the overall success of the company was hindered by a lack of planning, direction, resources, and overall control differences when it came to management decisions, where I found any input or suggestion would likely be vetoed. In time, I felt burned out after the long hours and lack of useful tools and resources in relation to the difficulty level of the projects and felt that I was no longer a good fit with the company. Eventually, I made the decision to move on to seek out a better work environment that offered more promising long term potential."
