"I have had many jobs in social services over the last 15 years and Connect2help 211 is by far the best job I have ever had. The pay is good for what the job asks of you, and you will not find a more supportive, caring, family like environment. The managers and administrators truly care about their employees professionally and personally. The schedule is very flexible and they will do everything they can to work with you. They do expect excellence but provide the environment to support you in becoming an excellent specialist. The training is extensive and questions and comments are always encouraged. Almost all the managers and administrators started out on the phone so they know what it's like and are understanding and caring. That gets passed on to the callers. It is a not-for-profit and they rely on donations, so the pay and benefits aren't the best, but they do everything in their power to offer the absolute best pay and benefits possible. I feel incredibly lucky to work at 211 and hope to stay there for the remainder of my career. I would highly recommend looking at Connect2help 211 for employment if you have a loving, caring heart and want to make a difference in the community and help those who are in need."
