"At this facility most employees have been with the company in some form or another for 20+ years, good place if you are looking for steady day to day operations, not the greatest for a young person trying to energize a career."

What don't you like about working at ConMed?

"Antagonistic mentality against the corporate headquarters in Florida. Too far removed from the corporate core."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow individual sites better ability to manage themselves and run their own operations"
