"Good pay, great reputation, great benefits, good medical benefits, worked remotely 100% of the time, great workshops and training."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It is a very good company to work for but it is very hard to get hired. Must know someone from the inside to help you."
What don't you like about working at Motorola Solutions?
"Basically since I was 100% remote I had to be available 100% of the time. Which was normally not a problem because it would allow me to manage my own time."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I guess management was great, they were clear about everything and most of the time they would only contact you when something urgent was needed, other than that they would let you work."

"Had a very good relationship with other coworkers and where able to help each other out, good team chemistry"

"Avoid this company at all costs, high turn over rate and poor management."

"Poor management, often worked on projects that abandoned half way through or were never used with the unstated expectation of working overtime."

"Do a better job of figuring out where the company is headed and projects that will benefit the company."
