"People are friendly, although less so as the work force is reduced. Engineers are best in the industry."

"Don't bother. Broadcom is a better option. Conexant just had a layoff in November 2010."

"Senior management is clueless. Look how many times they replaced them. Also people work too many hours. It's easy for management to say do the same with less but it is near a breaking point."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop trying to compete with better companies than you. Look to compete in niche markets."
