"The school has a lot of great people working there and if it wasn't for the people, I would've left along time ago. The management leaves a lot to be desired and the working morale of the non-union support staff is at an all time low. It's a great place to get your feet wet, but don't waste your time believing for a second it's worth staying for a career. Unless your in the last 20 years or so in the job market and need a retirement type job."
