"I worked for Conduent for 8 months. While I was there I felt supported and appreciated by the management team. Conduent is a very large company which means it can sometimes feel impersonal. I was unceremoniously let go when the client that I was working for moved their business offshore. Additionally, because of the size of the organization it can be hard to find upward mobility."
