"Concern pays its employees well and provides excellent medical benefits. However, Concern's CEO is resistant to change and is fixated in her ways. She micromanages and her way of managing employees includes shouting at them and putting them down. She also placed an incompetent employee in a leadership position, causing much demoralization at the workplace. Working at Concern feels like walking on eggshells with little to learn from the management team."
