"I worked with a knowledgeable team and my supervisor was skilled and welcoming. My customers were great and I enjoyed the satisfaction of resolving every issue they had. The product we supported was competitive to others on the market, easy to use and provided fantastic results."

"The interview process is not difficult and one who is competent in their field should have little difficulty finding employment."

What don't you like about working at Concentrix Solar?

"The company had little room for promotion and was using hardware and software that was nearly obsolete. There was little job security as positions were being cut. In addition the company was losing contracts they had for 10 or more years. Pay, Benefits and training were poor ."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company needed to modernize its hardware and software and provide the employees better tools to assist their customers. A team specifically designed for training would be most helpful in addition to raising the wage and benefits to attract better talent."
