What don't you like about working at Concentra?
"he was the type of boss who would listen in on your phone conversations and actually make negative critiques WHILE you were still on the phone with the customer.. via chat room... my stats were never below 90% satisfaction and yet he treated me as if I was barely scating by......was passed up for a promotion to second level tech support after being there a year, it was given to a new employee....."
What suggestions do you have for management?
