"In my professional 25 years, this company is racist, unethical, unprofessional and has little regard towards their employees. i have worked with professional athletes, have been a teacher and a head technologist and never have I experienced such a level of unprofessionalism, degrading or hypocrisy. There was no proper training course and they train you off-site where things are ran differently. I actually had a patient state to me,” they felt bad for me because of the way the manager belittled me.” The manager was racist and lacked comprehension skills. I started the job a couple weeks later than anticipated because my appendix ruptured and had post operative complications. Talk about HIPPA and ADA. I have a degree in Human resource and management as well. I had asked for extra help with training and she flat out said,”no.” I had recorded the conversation because I felt victimized. I never in my life had to go to Human Resources . I could not get a schedule from her. I honestly hope she no longer is in power.i have worked with professional sports athletes orthopedic surgeons and this women was unapproachable and I think proud of it."

"The difficult milieu in that the company goal of patient numbers far exceeded the number of providers and supporting staff. The schedule changed from week to week and sometimes day to day making it difficult to give continuity to patients but also to plan a personal life. Corporate seemed detached from the clinic level."

"They put MONEY ahead of ethics and do not support their employees. Managers ate non-responsive and basically useless. I got stuck working for them when they bought out USHealthWorks, which was a good company. I worked for them for two years, and would NEVER choose to work for them again!"

"I've worked for Concentra for about 3 years. There has been considerable turnover in management as well as the individual contributors. Once you get in the door, you will have a very good job but do not expect rapid advancement. They like to keep good people where they are and not let them grow. If you are just looking for a job to sit in comfortably, this is the place for you."
