"The company is very good in product development and that has kept it in a leadership position."

"Make sure you talk to as many people as you can about the specific position and the company. There are many changes and new management coming in so there's hope but don't get stuck with the old folks."

What don't you like about working at Comverse Network Systems?

"It still works as a startup but it is now about 5,000 employees. No processes or procedures. A lot is expected from employees. Currently with several layoffs, there is no work life balance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get professional managers. There are many folks who are good at what they did -R&D, Systems Engineering, etc- but they seriuosly lack management skills."
