"It still works as a startup but it is now about 5,000 employees. No processes or procedures. A lot is expected from employees. Currently with several layoffs, there is no work life balance."

"Get professional managers. There are many folks who are good at what they did -R&D, Systems Engineering, etc- but they seriuosly lack management skills."
