"Company is poorly mismanaged and lost money every year since its opening in 1997 through 2009."
"During the interview process, I was never told that this job would be a service desk position. I was told that I would be working with developers to diagnose and resolve production issues. I would never have taken this job if I had known that it is just a help desk position. I hate it."

"Sometimes people would mistake my sincerity for weakness and take advantage of that."

"Compensate your employees better. Other than that, I loved my manager. He was harsh when I needed it, but gave me enough room to run with ideas and coming up with new ways for the company."

"I don't like the fact that there is very little communication. And the disconnect between the office and the field"

"Go out in the field for a week to see what we deal with."
"Comverge actually is a great place to work - but advancement opps and salary increases are less than desireable."

"Just be open, honest, easygoing - and yourself. The company has a fairly relaxed culture."
