"Very unprofessional environment. Owners fight openly, belittle employees, offer very little compensation and benefits, and disregard feedback. They look down on career advancement and training. Office is poorly maintained and managed. Employees are required to clock in and out everyday for all roles. No processes in place, or roles defined. No change management or project management. Co-workers are often complaining due to mistreatment by owners. Hard to get any work done due to constantly changing priorities from higher ups, usually to accommodate favors to their friends and family, and chaotic environment. Managers are not trained in management. There is no HR department. No resources to do job well. No growth path or advancement."

"I've worked for Comtron for a year . It is going through some growing pains and when I arrived there were no measurement. tracking, project plans and very little documentation, While I instituted a lot of change, it needs to be mandated by the owners who seem to lack vision of how to grow due to lack of experience.The LIS is extremely marketable, but I am concerned about HIPPA compliancy and their narrow sales demographic. The free web based EMR and EHR is extremely buggy ."
