"I worked at CMDC for 5 years and the favoritism and inability to manage by the executive staff was shocking. This created a very toxic work environment where unqualified "friends" who the executives favored were promoted. The corporate office no longer financially supports CMDC in creating new products and ordered that all on going projects be cancelled as well as R&D. It was a great company with great technical people but management was so bad that nothing could be completed within budget."
