"I worked at CMDC for 5 years and the favoritism and inability to manage by the executive staff was shocking. This created a very toxic work environment where unqualified "friends" who the executives favored were promoted. The corporate office no longer financially supports CMDC in creating new products and ordered that all on going projects be cancelled as well as R&D. It was a great company with great technical people but management was so bad that nothing could be completed within budget."

"Decent gig if you like the style of work and have no ambition to change things."

"Put my life at risk every day for menial pay. Was never given responsibilities, or trusted to do projects on my own. Work was constantly taken out of my hands."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take a more hands on approach with the employees. Offer better training."
