"Make sure you understand what is expected of you and who will be supporting you. If you are on site by yourself, find out who will back you up when you need it."

What don't you like about working at Comsys?

"Sometimes miss the mark on requirements for contract jobs. This may due to poor communication from client, however the managers should help with limiting scope creep - customers can push technical staff out of scope and expect more than is reasonable to expect."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If technical staff are embedded in customer teams, i.e. without a Comsys manager on site, make sure someone stays in touch with the job requirements. You don't want to leave people out there without adequate support."
