Ability to solve complex problems or situations: appropriate solutions determined from available choices and well-established guidelines. Innovation and analysis to resolve problems.Strong communication and negotiation skills and capability to render good judgment and sound decisions.Excellent oral and written communication, inter-personal and logical analysis skills. Excellent presentation and organization skills for work in a collaborative environment.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. Analyze costs to provide explanations of significant monthly variances with emphasis on identifying root cause(s) and appropriate corrective actions.
