"Good place to work my only complaint is the benefits and the lack of advancement given. The pay scale seems really good at first but as you learn later on the curve is very low until you have spent many years there and even then it’s 15+ before the pay matches the work. Benefits are based on over all age of the employees which means you’re paying for the majority of the company being over 50. In general a good place to work but don’t expect much when you start."

"Work schedule, lack of accomplishment, no real opportunity for growth, peers have no motivation to work hard, no say in how things are done, hostility from peers towards other employees"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep things simple: assign tasks to different people and allow them to do that job. Now, everybody has to try to do a little of everything and efficiency is down. Train people properly, start small and advance up once they have proven on one thing. Train new hires on technology and usage of equipment before testing it."
"Comsonics is extremely manipulative and has gotten more and more so. The ones that do work it uses and tries to force to work more for less. Management and human resources are bad news bears...there are some great people here but they get used by those in charge!!"
