"Be ready to explain who Compuware is on every call or first meeting. With no marketing no one knew about what we had and how it can help."

"There is zero marketing to help get the name out there."

"Don't make long term plans - company is in maintenance mode till Karmanos can sell off the dwindling assets."

"1. HQ tells you not to depend on HQ.2. Sales Execs and Karmanos are a bunch of old white guys (and a few gals) from Detroit from the 70's. So you have to listen to their rants about how hard Pete worked in the 70's, as incentive to make you work harder.3. things are black and white when it comes to making your numbers. The issue is that the old guys from Detroit who have been there forever tell you a) we have great product b) even Compuware teams from the unemployment capital of the US (Detroit) are selling so if you are not over your number, it is your fault. 4. Negative reinforcement prevails.5. In a field office of 30, no one enjoyed the company."

"Wash out the stables, diversify and get new management."

What do you like about working at Compuware?
"Professional Services is a wonderful place to work, but in house Jobs are horrible, Management is out of control. Also, there is absolutely no teamwork. If you are great at becoming a mole and a snake then Compuware is the place for you!"

"Just know what your talking about, offer examples as well as descriptions and dress and act very professional."

"After leaving Professional, nothing."
