"Be sure to get any changes from your original position in writing to protect yourself."

"Made agreements for new position and company division and the Presidents son was allowed to change the whole direction and sales channel without any prior knowledge while his father the President was in Europe. This eventually cost the company deeply."

"Make a plan with solid industry knowledege, and then work the plan."
