"I was in-charge of all technology in the CSR department. I was able to set standards of support and training needed to do a great job."

"When I first started there I was promised a contract to hire in three months. I was still working as a contractor 11 months later. When another department created a job for me I took it and worked there for 4 years. I worked my heart out"

"They should look into the way they handle individual, as we should be looked on as valuable assets."
