"I loved working at Pharmacia. The vision was clear, the future was bright, and we were helping sick people every day. Pfizer bought Pharmacia and killed it."

"Hope you're not intending to do real R&D; if you are, look at a biotech, not Pfizer."
What don't you like about working at Pfizer?
"The entire focus at Pfizer is on making money, not on helping people. I believe you can do both."

"Go back to doing what a pharma company should do, help people. The money will follow."
