What do you like about working at Eisenhower Medical Center?

"The Staff.... Met a lot of nice people and made friends. the ratio of snotty people to nice people was a bit more nice people. Enjoyed working with my dept co-workers. Had lots of fun"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to deal with more politics than usual."

What don't you like about working at Eisenhower Medical Center?

"Executive management. They don't care about the staff. While their pockets get fat, the staff bust their behinds to make them look good. And if the hospital does good financially, their pockets get a nice bonus."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn to take care of the staff and not work them to death, and spread the wealth because it's the staff that makes the hospital run. Present more opportunity for growth or promotion."
