What do you like about working at Computer Associates?

"Obtained a great wealth of knowledge in IT software sales experience. I was specialized in IT security and data/back up and recovery software. Also training on Channel partner sales as well. CA was very big on training and always had on-going training and certifications that all sales personnel were required to achieve during tenure. Their goal was to make you an expert in your product/program core areas."

What don't you like about working at Computer Associates?

"They were a great company to work for but they were not as competitive in salaries and compensation as other competitors in the same market space."
