"If you are fine being stuck in the same position for 15 years, go for it. Your pay is allegedly based on how much you bring in to the company, but in reality this is not the case. There are no standards or percentages. There is a small incremental raise if you meet your goals."

"No structure or guidelines. There is no documentation in regards to work standards or practices. Everyone does things differently and it is a mess."

"Be more progressive and forward thinking. Encourage new ideas and new methodologies."
