What don't you like about working at Computer Associates?

CA is not willing to invest $$ in software engineer, developer, most of us use same out-dated computer for years, which is so shameful when we cannot duplicate client's problem because we only have minimum basic environment which can barely proof the product is working out of box. CA renew/remodel the office once a while, but I think they invested money in wrong place. Let me tell you, we do NOT have good product because of having have poor equipment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"increase salary, improve equipment. Then we will have better products, then you will get more profits. You cut the salary, not willing to improve equipment, spend money on renovations, all these are useless. Then you make less profit, and then lay off people."
