"Investigate ways to make money other than laying off front line staff. Review compensation policy for upper management and consider investing in employees in the US."

"I was given the opportunity to lead a team in the development of a brand new product offering (it was my idea, presented to the VP of Development and approved)."

"It could be very political and the politics impacted what was allowed to be developed, or created limits on product direction."

"I liked working for a large company. We had plenty of meeting and conferences to attend that would separate the work from down time. I would go back to work there."

"The billing process was a mess due to the SAP implementation. My position was moved to Farmingham MA."

"Don't try to rush a SAP implementation."
