"I have been working at CPI for more than 5 years. CPI takes a sincere interest in finding and retaining good employees to work for the company. The company makes a serious effort to find follow-on work for employees when their contract support comes to an end, including carrying them on overhead if they believe the gap in funding will be for a short term. They always give long advance notice if they are unable to keep an employee for financial reasons and has even rehired people."
