"Huge turnover rate for employees. Staff is obligated to have lunch with everyone and play around like a kid during working hours; not to mention their late evening meetings, which included playing video games and the same sandwiches all the time. If you happen to be self motivated and troubleshoot client issues on your own, forget about it... you'll be terminated. The company owners were very nice people, but left administrative and organization decisions to their not so experienced management."
