3.1 I have worked for this company since 1998. However, it was then a subsidiary of BCBS of South Carolina. It was a great company to work for. It was sold to HealthPort around 2007. It was still a good company to work for. It was sold again about 2.5 years ago to a German company - CompuGroup Medical. In a 30 year career as a DP professional I have never worked for a company that treated it's employees as poorly as they do.

Where do I begin, the company should wipe the slate clean except for the CEO and start all over again.

3.8 CGM purchased the startup company Alteer to add doctor's office software suite to their other small company holding in the USA. CGM is a large software company based in Germany. Their management style resulted in 50% layoff and/or terminations.
