"The people who worked at Compsee were wonderful people and top notch employees. Opportunities were given to balance personal life with professional life when needed, even allowing employees to work from home on occassion."

What don't you like about working at Compsee?

"Compsee was located in a rural town in central NC, where the base salary is lower than average. Compsee used that to its advantage by under paying it's employees, but expecting them to do the same jobs as companies located in larger cities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management of Compsee did not do a good job of communicating within the company as well as not taking enough initiative in training employees."
