"When I was first hired by this company it seemed idyllic. However, shortly thereafter it went through a major separation between partners. In the ensuing years more and more of the work previously performed by outside vendors has been brought in house, several vendors have left, turnover has increased, and the Executive Director has grown accustomed to micromanagement tactics, including requiring employees to account for every hour of their productivity and utilizing key-logging software to police Internet time usage. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. Issues lie within management attitudes and practices."
