Composites One Employee

"Poor management is the overall issue of this company. The turnover of employees and management are high. They either hire those who are non-participates in the overall values of the company or overly aggressive and micro-managing. As a result, this creates a negative/hostile work environment, that shouldn't be tolerated and should seriously be reviewed and addressed by the corporation."
