"You might move this company down the list of potential employers."

What don't you like about working at Composite Engineering?

"Many of the workers are very predigest. If you are not of their background or have been a long time employee of the company you get back stabbed, over looked for promotion, blamed for things that you were no were near. This is strictly a reverse predigest company, against older workers and white. The management is very two faced."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Clean house. You have a lot of bad workers that are making hard for the good people to do their work. The Good old Boy program is not the way to run a modern day business."
