"It is very inefficiently run with serious problems in micro-management, employees taking advantage of the company by working minimal hours, no appreciation of the hard-working employees, and no room for growth whatsoever"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Delegate some authority every once in a while, give your employees the information and tools then need to do their jobs, reward good employees and confront the ones who are bringing the company down and/or taking advantage of the company and other employees in one way or another."
