Company A Employee

"No understanding or flexibility, only adapt to our (male-only) mindset. Toxic scrum; not transparent. You will never know why you are doing what you are doing, and you will never know how you are doing. Lazy/invisible/not present management, providing no leadership/guidance/feedback. They discourage collaboration, and senior dev's don't share. Pay is good, if you like demoralizing environments."
