"We do good work offering needed services to the community. The leadership doesn't seem to be proactive or forward thinking. The people I work with are wonderful BUT there is very little interaction with those outside of your department. There are three locations but team building is non existent. There really aren't any opportunities to get to know people in other locations; there are three. There is zero opportunity for growth. As is typical of most non profit orgs, the pay is extremely low. The benefits, including time off, are average. If your goal is solely to give back to your community and gain experience, this is the place. I can't adequately rate the fairly new CEO."
